FULL BODY WORKOUT
ENDURANCE

With our Endurance focused class you can expect an full body workout to include longer distances when you run/power walk on the treads. On the weight room floor you can expect to lift lighter weights with higher repetitions to feel that continual burn. And on the heavy bags you’ll have longer rounds as you punch and kick your way to the ultimate full body workout.

FULL BODY WORKOUT
STRENGTH

You can expect to get stronger, leaner, and faster with our Strength workout. On the treads you’ll run/power walk at lower to mid inclines for moderate distances. With weights you’ll lift moderate to heavy weights with fewer reps which increases your strength. And on the heavy bags you’ll work the entire body as you punch and kick for fewer rounds with increasing reps.

POWER

Your Power focused class gives you another full body workout and this time we’re focused on short explosive bursts of speed on the treads. On the weight room floor you can expect to lift heavier weights with less repetitions per set. And on the heavy bag you can expect shorter rounds as you punch and kick with high intensity and power!

Our HIIT-it Los Angeles coaches are available for individualized private training sessions. You can expect to utilize our facilities in a closed environment with focused attention by one of our personal trainers.
